Everyone has asked us why we created HubStuff. In brief, HubStuff was created to celebrate living in the Hub City and to share what Lubbock offers with our readers.

What is going on in Lubbock? For a city the size of Lubbock with a population of 200,000, there's a tremendous amount of stuff going on. We have discovered recently that most of our readers agree and think HubStuff is a great source for finding out what's going on here.

You can read bits in community calendars or call theaters to see what is playing. You might even call an unfamiliar restaurant to inquire about their bill of fare and hours of service. That takes work. What we have discovered is that there is no one source - a directory if you will - to find out what is going on any day of the week. Our unique calendar provides our readers with lots of information.

We created HubStuff because we wanted to know what stuff is going on here too. This is where we live and we wanted to know more.
